Humana Agent Value Proposition Campaign
When Humana approached us, they wanted an exciting, new campaign to show agents how much they appreciate them as well as drive enrollment for new agents. But there lies the design problem at hand. How do you create a campaign that feels fresh and exciting while using the same brand assets the audience has seen time and again? With a fresh perspective on the brand, we combined visual elements in new ways they had not yet thought of. This campaign also had multiple touchpoints in various forms of media to consider. We planned an entire agent appreciation week full of automated SMS messages, a full homepage takeover, and more, all aimed to make agents’ lives easier and show them some love for all they do for their clients. The week culminated in a virtual thank you card sent to all agents.
